CAREY L. MELTON 

Carey Melton’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and contract negotiation. He  has represented lenders in numerous consumer bankruptcy cases involving fraud committed against creditors.  He has also worked on cases that range from the restructuring of a healthcare organization’s debt to the repossession of an automobile to the foreclosure of real property.  

A graduate of Loyola Law School in 2002, Mr. Melton  received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, in 1996.  Mr. Melton also worked at a lobbying firm in Washington, D.C.  During law school, Mr. Melton also served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and a securities law firm in Beverly Hills.  In 2003, Mr. Melton joined Mr. Clark at Clark & Associates.

Mr. Melton is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
